Easy Peach Cobbler
This Easy Peach Cobbler uses canned peaches in syrup for a fast, easy and delicious cobbler your family will love!
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • 1 and ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 and ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon nutmeg
  • cooking spray
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans lite sliced peaches with juice
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Add quick oats, brown sugar, flour cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium-size bowl. Add butter and cut in, until crumbly.
  4. Spray the bottom of a pie plate with cooking spray.
  5. Add one-half of the crumble to the bottom of the pie plate. Pour both cans of peaches over the top and then top with the other half of crumble. Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
