This Dirty Banana Cocktail tastes so similar to the one you get at Sandals Resort, you won’t even know that you actually aren’t on vacation!
This weekend we had a chance to celebrate gorgeous weather here in the Pacific Northwest! It’s a warm 72 degrees and the sun is out in full force. On days like this, I’m reminded that this truly is the Emerald City.
And, because the weather was so beautiful, I wanted to re-post this amazing Dirty Banana Cocktail because the day just begged for rest, relaxation and chillin’ with a tasty cocktail.
As I sit here on the patio, the sun beating down overhead, I’m flooded with fond memories of our last trip to Jamaica.
If you’ve never experienced the white, perfect, sandy beaches of Jamaica where the crystal blue water laps gently and respectfully at the beaches edge, I highly recommend you go.
Isn’t it beautiful? This was the view from exactly where we sat on the beach. Gorgeous!
I’m seriously, totally and completely lost in sweet memories of Jamaica right now.
So, I absolutely could not resist posting a festive beverage on the most beautiful day that the Pacific Northwest has seen this year – after a long, cold, and wet winter!
Let me tell you – there’s nothing that will bring you out of the wet winter doldrums than pure liquid gold sunshine!
Except maybe…, this Dirty Banana Cocktail.
Which is why I want to share this with you, because:
- I love my readers!
- It’s my most favorite-ist cocktail ever.
- I want YOU to get a chance to taste Sandal’s Resorts Dirty Banana Cocktail even if you never get a chance to visit.
And I can’t think of anyone better to share one of my most favorite-ist things (and one of my best memories ever!) than with someone I love.
Cheers!
Bon appétit-drink!
Enjoy!

OMG – this looks downright dangerous!! That weather sounds wonderful. I loved those kinds of days when I lived out there. I didn’t realize you were a Pacific Northwest girl. Me too, Sistah! Love it out there!

I’m not even the biggest fan of bananas, but this sounds SO good… I need a big ole glass of it while sitting next to a pool under a sunny sky.
