Easy Peach Cobbler

This Easy Peach Cobbler is so fast, quick and easy – and made with canned peaches, so it can be enjoyed year ’round!

OMGosh you guysssss…I just realized it’s been foreveh since I’ve brought you a dessert recipe.

Easy Peach Cobbler | Inspiration KitchenMe so sorry. 🙂  Peach Cobbler anyone?

I swear…that crazy savory thing that I’ve got going on, sometimes seems to take over my life.  Now – before you say anything…, in my defense…, I hope that means that you all have some great (but not sweet!) recipes coming your way.  I hope y’all are down with that.  And, if not… have some Peach Cobbler.  That’s bound to make you forgive me.

BTW, I wanted to thank every single one of you that filled out the IK Reader Survey!  It was ssssoooo helpful to hear what you like about IK, and from your responses, I’m pretty sure I’m not in too much trouble for all the savory recipes. Yeah for me!  🙂

Easy Peach Cobbler | Inspiration KitchenI’ve been asked several times to share the survey results – so I will.  In a week or two – which gives you a bit more time to take it if you haven’t had a chance to get to it yet!  Also, just FYI – I plan to keep the survey open – because I am *always* interested in hearing your feedback.

Now, lets get on to this Easy Peach Cobbler.  So easy, peasy and it uses canned peaches, so you don’t even need to wait for them to come in season!  I’m not a good ‘waiter’, how about you?

Easy Peach Cobbler | Inspiration KitchenThis recipe has been tried, tested and approved by The Husband.  So, you know it’s guaranteed to be good.   🙂  Look at that bubbly goodness on the edges of the pie plate.   Pure liquid peach gold!

I’ll warn you now, this Cobbler is a double-decker of crumbly, buttery crisp.  Both the top and the bottom of the canned peaches are enveloped in that sugary, buttery top, then warmed until bubbly, hot and peach-y deliciousness.  you.will.love.it!

Easy Peach Cobbler | Inspiration KitchenI have to admit – I am all about the crumbly top.  Aren’t you?  Sure, the fruit is good, but it’s mo’ bettah with a crumbly topping of oats, brown sugar, butter…Yummo!

All this crazy Cobbler talk is due to the insannnnne weather here in Seattle.  I’m telling you, it has been simply amazing, which totally has me craving summer.

We’ve had the biggest, brightest, bluest skies – you’d think it’s summer already, and it’s barely March.  I tell you this as I sit outside on my deck chairs writing you this post!  Eating Cobbler.  Of course we’re eating cobbler.  Because it’s summer.  Hello?!!!!

Easy Peach Cobbler | Inspiration KitchenI hope you all are dreaming of summer too.  Because maybe the more we dream of it, the quicker it will get here!  For me, it can’t come soon enough!

Enjoy!

A scoop of ice cream sounds like a perfect idea! And, I love ice cream. I would’ve totally added it if I had it – the unfortunate thing, ice cream never lasts very long around here!

I can’t wait for all those juicy peaches to start coming in! Truth…..I had my first peach ever at 29! And it has been love ever since. Sweet or savory recipes, love them all! But did you notice peach stains??? If you get it on your shirt, it won’t come off, crazy, but true!

I did not know that peaches stained Laura! I would’ve never guessed that either. I know berries can be tough to get out, but who knew that about peaches? I guess you did! 🙂

Yes, the crumbly top is the best! It’s gotten so warm here this week…so nice to think spring, summer, and fresh colorful produce are coming back to us soon. In the meantime, I am always thankful for canned or frozen fruits and veggies. This sounds easy to make with a big reward.
