Feed The Beast – Go Seahawks – Super Bowl 2015

January 31, 2015 by Kristi 14 Comments

The Seattle Seahawks are playing in Super Bowl 2015 to defend their 2014 Super Bowl Championship title.  We want to Feed The Beast and wish the Seattle Seahawks the best of luck in tomorrow’s game! At Inspiration Kitchen, we will be glued to our television, eating some tasty Inspiration Kitchen appetizers!  Go HAWKS!

Wow, what an exciting time to be a football fan in Seattle!

Kerry here, A.K.A. “The Husband”.  Although I’m the Business Manager behind IK, Kristi invited me to write a post, and I couldn’t think of a more appropriate time to introduce myself and write a post than just before this epic Super Bowl game!  This is big stuff on all levels!

To catch you up, here’s where we are…

Seahawks Super Bowl 2015 Skittles Feature | Inspiration KitchenThe Seahawks are going back to the Super Bowl in 2015 as the defending champions (Go Hawks!).

Thats something that doesn’t happen very often but we have a secret weapon…

Skittles. Yes, Skittles!  Oh, and Marshawn.  A whole lotta Marshawn gets powered by a little bit of Skittles.  As big as this powerhouse is, you do the math!  We don’t care how he does it, we’re just glad he does!

You see, Marshawn is a Seahawks player who literally sets off earthquake monitors when he runs with the ball. He doesn’t talk much, but he is “All About The Action Boss!”  As far as IK is concerned, he can be as quiet as he wants – just run Marshawn, RUN!!!

Seahawks Super Bowl 2015 Skittles Feature | Inspiration KitchenMarshawn is Marshawn Lynch and his secret weapon is Skittles. They give him his “secret power” that helps him run over the competition.

I’m eating some Skittles as I write this and I feel beast mode coming on!  So, just a few final words…

Feed the Beast, GO HAWKS!  Run Marshawn run!

BTW, I’m just warning you…you haven’t heard the last of me!  Stay tuned for other posts!  It was great meeting you all!  Now, start focusing on that television and get ready for the big game!

Seahawks Super Bowl 2015 Skittles Feature | Inspiration KitchenHi Everyone, Kristi here!

I can’t tell you how happy I am to have my husband and Business Manager, Kerry, posting on Inspiration Kitchen. This blog has been such an amazing ride.  We both have loved it!  It’s here, where we find our true passion.

To welcome Kerry aboard the Inspiration Kitchen team at such an exciting and amazing time for the Seahawks, makes me feel very blessed.  I can’t think of one single person in the entire world that I trust more with my blog and my brand, than my husband of 24+ years.

From our family to yours, I hope you relax, enjoy the game and have the Seahawk’s win in your hearts!

We love our readers and the Seattle Seahawks!!!!  We only ask that you support them and that it’s a good game!  As always, cheers and good health!  xoxoxoxo

Go Seahawks!  Feed the beast! IK’s message to you!

From Inspiration Kitchen to the Seahawks – we wish you the best of success and know that our eyes will be glued to the television!  One hand *may* or *may not* be on a festive beverage, but the other will definitely be full of Skittles!

You?  You just play your best…you hear me now???  IK doesn’t like to lose, and from what I hear, neither do the Seahawks.  We have complete confidence in you.

And, we will support you either way!!!  xoxo  Now let’s go show them how to play some football, shall we?  🙂

It’s nice to meet you, too, Kerry! And it is VERY appropriate that it’s just in time for the big Seahawks Super Bowl! I had no idea about Marshawn and Skittles, so thank you for enlightening me. 🙂 I’m pulling for the Seahawks because my team (which shall remain nameless) barely won a game. I may have given that away. Anyway, run, Marshawn, Run and go Seahawks! Hope you both have a wonderful Super Bowl Sunday!

Hi Marcie! Thanks for rooting for our Hawks and don’t worry, your team will be back next year :). Marshawn is totally into Skittles, not because of an endorsement deal, he just cant seem to get enough of them. Skittles is getting a ton of marketing lift and I’m sure they love it. Happy Super Bowl Sunday, Go Hawks and I’ll jump on the line the next time you and Kristi are chatting it up on the phone!

Aww good to hear from your husband, Kristi! Skittles. Funny. We all have our quirks! I will secretly root for your team even though I like the Patriots because their name is patriotic. I know. Dumb. Like I said, we all have our quirks! 😉

Nice to meet you Kerry! I didn’t know you support Seahawks Kristi! I live in Seattle [do you too?] so I know the craze here…unfortunately things didn’t really turn up the way fans wanted but I guess you win some..you lose some..it’s a game at the end of the day and should be taken in the right spirit 🙂

SHUT UP!!!!! Manali, you live in Seattle? Me too, my sistah! How come I didn’t know that? We need to get together – we have a group of bloggers that meet. And since I follow you (a.k.a. stalk you! :-)) I would *love* to meet up. Do you want to do that? And yes, it’s totally disappointing we lost but I’m just happy we won last year. Cheers and good health. I can’t tell you how happy I am that you live here! I feel like I’ve been given a gift!
