This Gluten Free Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce is perfect for dipping – whether it’s pot stickers, crusted baked shrimp or vegetable tempura – it’s sweet and spicy flavor will enhance any dish.

Do you love dipping sauces?  I know I do.

Gluten Free Sweet Spicy Sauce | Inspiration KitchenIt seems like any time I have a finger food, I want to dip it in something.

Think about it.  Chips and dip?  Check. French fries? Check. Hot Wings? Check. Baked Artichokes? Check. Crudites? Check.

All dippable, dunkable and have a need to get sauced. 🙂

Gluten Free Sweet Spicy Sauce | Inspiration KitchenI’m sure you get the point…finger foods are made for dipping. Dipping means sauce. Can you tell I took a simple cooking class in school?

Which is exactly how this sauce came to be. Because I have a recipe coming on Monday that this sauce is perfect for.

And, as usual, it has the sweet & spicy combo we all know and love, because I wouldn’t want to disappoint you.

Gluten Free Sweet Spicy Sauce | Inspiration KitchenI don’t know about you, but I have this deep, burning part of me that just can’t let a sweet/savory sauce pass me by. I swear if I was driving on a road to nowhere, I’d be stopping at every roadside sauce place on the planet earth, hoping that the road would never end.

I guess on a road to nowhere, I’d be in luck and traveling forever, right?  Booyah!  Sauce heaven! 🙂

Gluten Free Sweet Spicy Sauce | Inspiration KitchenWhat you’ll also love about it is, that it’s really easy to make.  Essentially you add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz them until fully blended.

I’m all about the simple recipes on weeknights. The ones that can be done in 30 minutes or less. How about you? Are you in for the quick, easy recipes so that you can get on with other things in life? I thought so!

Now, if you’ve read this far, you’ve been given a bit of a hint of a recipe that’s coming next week (p.s. it’s one of my favorite things!). So, be sure to make this sauce so that you are ready.

Gluten Free Sweet Spicy Sauce | Inspiration KitchenOh, one more thing!

What I also love about sauces is that they’re so multi-dimensional. Take this one for example. This particular Gluten Free Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce is amazing on Pork Pot Stickers, perfect for Crispy Baked Shrimp, fabulously suited for veggie-filled Spring Rolls and even Crispy Cheese Sticks or Zucchini Sticks.

Who knows, it may even be good on Chicken & Waffles. Just sayin’.  One will never know unless we try it.

Homemade sauces are always way better than their storebought counterparts. Your chili sauce looks fantastic and I love how easy it is to make too!

I feel like there’s an extra need for dipping sauces in the summer time. Maybe it’s the finger foods and entertaining-type occasions we do more of in the summer? This sounds easy and so good for so many things. Right now, I’m really loving the idea of dipping some fried shrimp into this dip!
