Spicy Crab & Avocado Salsa | Inspiration KitchenYea, you!  Becauseeeee, I’m pretty sure you’re going to love this.

Low-fat, very spicy and FABulous – with only 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise!  And serranos.  Who doesn’t love serranos?

Spicy Crab Avocado Salsa | Inspiration KitchenScallions anyone?  We’re going to need a few tablespoons of those too.

Spicy Crab Avocado Salsa | Inspiration KitchenNow, here’s the important part!  Don’t forget to invite Frank.  It’s the perfect blend of flavor and heat.  It says so right there on the bottle!

Spicy Crab Phyllo Bites 04 | Inspiration KitchenAnd…, I heard Frank always loves a good party.  I like a good party animal.

Now, get ready to get jiggy with it and put the lime in the coconut.

Spicy Crab Avocado Salsa | Inspiration KitchenNo!!!  Don’t do that.  Put it in the salsa!!!  But, doesn’t it sound like more fun to put it in the coconut?  I’m just sayin’.

But first, you need to squeeze the dickens out of those limes.

Spicy Crab Phyllo Bites 06 | Inspiration Kitchen 1Poor little things.  They didn’t have a chance with the lime crusher.

Gently fold it all together and spoon it into those perfect bite-sized phyllo cups.  You know how I love those!

Perfection.  Just the way we like it.

I think I know who doesn’t like serranos now ; ) My father chopped a couple of them this morning and he completely forgot about it and touched his mouth and oh well, I think he loathes them now. I can still hear him course haha.
Anyway, I’m a big big fan of the stuff, so I’ll definitely be trying these cups. I’ll just make sure I don’t ask dad to chop the serranos for me hehe. Love how they’re healthy! xx
