Smoked Salmon Bites with Horseradish Dill Sauce
These Smoked Salmon Bites with Horseradish Dill Sauce are super fast and easy to make and are a mouth-watering bite-sized appetizer that is perfect for Superbowl snacking!
- 1/4 cup Mexican Style sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- smoked salmon
- crackers any type
- 2 roasted red peppers finely diced
- 1/2 bunch chives diced
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a small bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
Dice roasted red pepper and chives and set aside until ready to garnish.
Layer cracker, horseradish dill sauce and top with smoked salmon, roasted red pepper and finish with the green onion to garnish.
