Smoked Salmon Bites with Horseradish Dill Sauce

These Smoked Salmon Bites with Horseradish Dill Sauce are super fast and easy to make and are a mouth-watering bite-sized appetizer that is perfect for Superbowl snacking!

  • 1/4 cup Mexican Style sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  • smoked salmon
  • crackers any type


  • 2 roasted red peppers finely diced
  • 1/2 bunch chives diced


  • Mix all ingredients for sauce in a small bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Dice roasted red pepper and chives and set aside until ready to garnish.
  • Layer cracker, horseradish dill sauce and top with smoked salmon, roasted red pepper and finish with the green onion to garnish.
  • Serve!
