Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce

This Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce is a make-ahead dish that will bring a cheery and spiked surprise to your holiday table.

  • 1 12- ounce package fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur


  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Place cranberries in 9x13x2-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle sugar, then orange juice concentrate over the cranberries and cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake until juices form and cranberries are very soft, about 1 hour. Uncover and mix in the liqueur. Cover and refrigerate until very cold, about 4 hours. Keep chilled.


Can be prepared 3 days ahead.
