Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette

This Roasted Red Pepper Salad Dressing has an amazing sweet/spicy mix of flavors and is quick and easy to prepare by using Roasted Red Peppers from the jar.

  • 1 cup jar roasted red peppers drained and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons shallots minced
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor (or blend) and blend until smooth.
  • Serve over your favorite salad.
