Gluten Free Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce
This Gluten Free Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce is perfect for dipping - whether it's pot stickers, crusted baked shrimp or vegetable tempura - it's sweet and spicy flavor will enhance any dish.

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 red bell pepper cut into large pieces
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1/8 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch + 1 tablespoon water
Add all ingredients to a blender and liquefy.
Pour mixture into a sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat until simmering. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Let cool, then pour into a jar and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
