*With one pound of shrimp, this recipe will make 10 skewers with 3 shrimp on each skewer. If you use the entire 1 and 1/2 cups of crushed crackers, you will have a lot left over! You will have enough cracker crumbs to make 2 pounds of shrimp. If only making 1 pound of shrimp, you can likely cut the cracker crumb ingredients in one-half.
