  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup clam juice
  • 3 to 4 slices bacon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup kale chopped
  • 1 10-ounce can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
