Slow Cooker Corned Beef
This Slow Cooker Corned Beef with Stout Beer is cooked over slow heat for 6+ hours to bring you the juiciest, most flavorful corned beef your family will love!

- 2 and 1/2 pounds corned beef brisket with seasoning
- 1 pint Porter Ale beer
- 1 large onion coarsely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 3 bay leaves
Place corned beef brisket into a slow cooker and cover with 1 pint Porter Ale beer. Add onion, garlic cloves, black peppercorns and bay leaves. Turn crock pot on high and cook on high for 4 hours. Turn crock pot down to low setting and cook an additional 2 hours.
Remove from slow cooker, remove bay leaves and serve.
