Imitation Crab Salad

A delicious, low fat crab salad filled with black olives, onions and celery for crunch!

  • 1 16-ounce package flaked imitation crab meat
  • 1 2.25 ounce can sliced black olives, drained
  • 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed optional


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve! p.s. you can serve this crab salad in an avocado (pit removed) or as is!


This salad is so versatile! You can eat it as is, or put it in a hollowed out avocado or in butter lettuce leaves. It is fantastic either way!
