  • 2 cups chopped seeded Roma tomato
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole peeled pitted, chopped avocado
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons tequila
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves minced


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and toss gently.
  • *Refrigerate for 30 minutes (for the flavors to infuse) or serve immediately.
