White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar in a large bowl.
  • Add egg and brandy and mix well.
  • Fold in flour and baking soda.
  • Mix in cranberries, white chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and drop by heaping teaspoons on a prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes.
